Order Processing.

All orders are processed through a secure connection with PAYPAL.    All order are processed in 1 to 2 business days, depending on the time of day your order is received.   In most cases orders received prior to 12 noon CST will be processed the same day.   Orders placed by e-check may take 3 days or longer to process.   All items listed will be shipped via UPS Ground or Federal Express Ground and should be received within 5 to 7 business days, and we ask that you pay flat shipping rate of $5.95, on all orders, to help with the cost of packing and shipping.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable we process a refund immediately.   We do not hold your monies waiting for restock shipments to arrive.   You will receive an email to this effect, along with the expected date the item is due in, if that date is available.    You may opt to make another selection or reorder at that time if you desire.

Return Items.

Every product you receive must arrive in good condition and be free of defects or you may return it for replacement or refund.   Refunds may be requested through our Customer Service department within 30 days after receiving your order.    Please contact our customer service department with your order number at (888) 536-4610 for return instructions, or by email if you'd like at  Cust-Svc@easyhomeaccents.com  our staff is more than happy to assist you.

Remember: (HELP US PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY).   NEVER give your banking/credit card information, social security number or passwords/PIN Numbers to ANYONE in an Email.    *NOTE: If you receive an email from ANY company you do business with, that asks you to verify important information by clicking on a link in the email, contact that company directly.  DO NOT USE THE LINK INSIDE THE EMAIL.   Before typing in your credit card number or banking information when purchasing products or services over the internet, please make sure you are doing so on a secure page.   If the address in the address bar on your browser for that page does not start with https:// the page is not secured.
